Since the 1970s, Countryside Montessori School in Northbrook has been providing the community with a unique and innovative option for education that goes beyond rigorous academic curriculum and focuses on developing character traits needed for success beyond the classroom.

When Countryside wanted to increase enrollment, they brought us in to refresh their brand identity and explore possibilities for changing their look and feel, key messages and even their name. We changed their name to Countryside Day School to broaden their appeal and better reflect their prestige. We refined and enhanced their brand attributes and materials including their logo, collateral materials, signage and print and on-line ads. We created a messaging blue print that aligned key messages to their target audience—emphasizing their uniqueness in the context of what is important to prospective parents. And we crafted a comprehensive marketing plan to raise awareness and build their identity in the local community and beyond—including a proactive approach to current school family advocacy and community outreach. We also reconstructed their website to reflect the new look and feel and messages, and to better organize the information to make it easier to navigate and understand. Now, their brand and marketing approach brings to life the unique and positive impact they can have in helping students achieve more than just academic success, but success in life.
